What if research isn't the right answer?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the answer is "you already know enough — go ship it" or "this is a strategy problem, not a research one." We'd rather lose the engagement than waste your money.
What's a typical engagement size?
Engagements range from €15k for focused studies to €120k+ for multi-quarter embedded work. We scope every project against your timeline and decision urgency.
How fast can you start?
Usually within 2 weeks of the brief — sometimes faster for tight-window projects. We're transparent about our calendar before you commit.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Standard. We work with regulated industries (fintech, govtech, healthcare) and are fully GDPR-compliant. Mutual NDAs and DPAs are part of every engagement.
Do you work with non-Dutch teams?
Yes. Most of our work is in English with EU and global product teams. We've run multi-market studies in 6+ languages across NL, UK, DACH, Nordics, and the US.
