A studio, not an agency.

SignalHaus is a UX research practice built around continuous, senior-led work. We don't run multiple projects in parallel. We don't subcontract to junior researchers. We don't ship sixty-page decks no one reads.

Every engagement is run end-to-end by a senior researcher. Every brief ends in a five-page memo a product lead can act on the same week. Every insight lands in a repository that compounds across studies, so the question you ask in month nine builds on what we learned in month two.

We work with product teams in fintech, public sector, media, and regulated software — companies where the cost of guessing wrong is real, and where the loudest voice in the roadmap meeting shouldn't be the one that wins.

Six principles.
No exceptions.

Senior on every brief.

No junior hand-offs. No account managers between you and the work. The team you talk to in the brief is the team doing the work.

Decisions, not decks.

Every engagement ends with a recommendation a busy product lead can act on the same week. Five-page memos. Plain language. No sixty-page PDFs.

Evidence over opinion.

Roadmaps shouldn't be auctions of opinions. We bring the data, the methodology, and the receipts — so the loudest voice in the room isn't the one that wins.
